This Villa is delightful! The Villa is located in a very popular area just on the outskirts of Marbella town.

The views from both the villa and the gardens are superb - to the sea and beyond from one side and to the mountain and hill on the other.

This Villa has 3 double bedrooms (with double beds) all of which are en-suite with stylish bathrooms, all have sea views and they have their own individual Air Conditioning units.

Villa Lotta is really spacious: The ground floor has many lovely features and aereas for relaxation. There are terrace areas off nearly all rooms, into little outdoor seating aeras for reading, enjoying the views and al-fresco dining.

The dining area and lyxury room are most tastefully decorated and there is a special TV room with extremely comfortable sofas and "lounging bed".

The kitchen is a huge and totally equipped for family dining and entertaining. There is a breakfast/dining area in the kitchen itself and a separate utility room is located in this area of the villa also.

The large pool has a shower beside it and the lawn slopes away giving a lovely view from the terrace.
