‘Villa Lotta’ is a delightful property! Located in the Community of El Rosario, which is in a very popular area just on the outskirts of Marbella town. Within the Community is a small Commercial centre with a Supermarket, a paper shop, hairdresser, restaurants & bar, a tennis club and Pilates. There is also access for walks into the lovely surrounding countryside. The local beach is one of the best along the whole Coast.

The views from both the villa (500m2) and the gardens are superb - to the sea and beyond from one side and to the mountains and hills on the other. The plot is a good size (1.400m2).

This Villa has 4 double bedrooms (with double beds) all of which are en-suite with stylish bathrooms, there are sea views and they have their own individual Air Conditioning units.

‘Villa Lotta’ is really spacious: The ground floor has many lovely features and areas for relaxation. There are terrace areas off nearly all rooms leading into little outdoor seating areas for reading, enjoying the views and al-fresco dining.

The dining area and luxurious living room are most tastefully decorated and there is a special TV room with extremely comfortable sofas and a "lounging bed". There is the full Sky TV package available with Sky Plus & HD. In one bedroom there is a large flat screen TV and a separate Sky box for family members to watch alternative programmes.

The kitchen is a huge and totally equipped for family dining and entertaining. There is a breakfast/dining area in the kitchen itself and a separate utility room is located in this area of the villa also.

The large pool (12m long) has a shower beside it and the lawn slopes away giving a lovely view from the terrace. There is WIFI internet available in the lower areas of the villa. A cleaner will visit the property during your stay – this is included in the rental fee.
