This luxurious Oceanside villa decorated to a very high standard has magnificent sea views from the balcony. There is a beautiful side garden which is very quiet and private. Probably the best location on the Costa del Sol! This property is situated in the Oasis Club, on the famous 'Golden Mile' between Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. The Costa del Sol has miles of golden sandy beaches and is a golfer’s paradise. The closest golf club is less than a mile away and the most famous golf courses are within close proximity. The average water temperature is 18C (24C in August). The area is in the best part and near everything.
Ground level: The entrance, leading from the parking area through a delightful rustic & tropical gated pathway, opens into an enchanting hall. The bedrooms are on the lower level – 3 double bedrooms all en-suite & delightfully furnished.
Upper level: Stairs lead up to the gracious living areas. The living room is open plan & stretches the length of the building with a dining area & two fabulous sitting areas – one with open fireplace – all with great sea views. There are two terrace areas either end of this level – one leads to a roof terrace, with wonderful views of ‘La Concha Mountain’ & the sea – the other is the BBQ & al-fresco dining area. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.
The shared mature gardens are quiet and lush with palm trees and Mediterranean fruit trees and plants. The pool area is adjacent to the famous Tony Dali restaurant – where the complex is located.
