Indonesian Style Villa in a tranquil area just outside Marbella.

Villa La Sirena is a superb villa with superb fixtures and fittings. It has Indonesian themed decor and the outside areas are carefully planned for ultimate relaxation.

The garden is very private with a good sized pool, grassed areas, large ‘Bali’ style relaxation beds, large terraces with comfortable seating/sofas and a huge decked area for al fresco eating.

The living/dining room is large and airy and has a huge plasma TV. The kitchen is spacious and really well equipped with good small accessories – even a draught beer keg/pump. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is huge and boasts a large terrace with steps which lead directly to the garden and pool areas. This has an incredible en-suite bathroom which is trendily designed with both bath and huge shower area.

The other bedrooms and bathrooms are all well decorated. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and the there is a king bed in a downstairs bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom. A Queen sized bed is in another downstairs bedroom - also with an en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom and the master bedroom are located on the first floor.

There are four TVs, each with full Sky package, in the villa. They are in the living room, kitchen, downstairs ‘king’ bedroom and the master bedroom.

There is WIFI internet, sound speakers available by the pool area, air conditioning, BBQ and many special features which help to make ‘La Sirena’ a super holiday venue. The property is within 6-8mins walk from the beach and it is at only 3km to the centre by car.
