If Villa Tropicana is reserved for one month (30 days) then prices are:
Peak Season: (July & August) 60.000,00 Euros
High Season: (June, September, Easter & Christmas/New Year) 35.000,00 Euros
Low Season: (Rest of year) 25.000,00 Euros
*NOTES /EXTRA CHARGES: The owner requires that you have two hours cleaning per day – charged at 12 Euros per hour. The final clean is also extra and charged at 150, 00 Euros.
A refundable damages deposit is required – it will be a minimum of 3.000,00 Euros but in high season, when large amounts of electricity may be used, it will be more. It will also depend upon the length of stay at Villa Tropicana (this may be increased for special celebration groups, weddings etc). The balance is refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the house, after taking into account any breakages or damage and electricity.
*As the use of electricity in Spain is now very expensive, we charge for consumption. The meters will be read upon arrival & departure.
Rental price per day: 3.000€
WEDDINGS: The villa is available BY THE DAY for wedding celebrations. We charge 3.000 Euros for the use of the villa/garden for the wedding (not to include sleeping).
