Villa Utopia is an ideal property - the main house has
4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a guest ‘cloakroom’ - a separate guest/family apartment
has a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen facility. The car port is above this – with space for two large cars.
The main villa comprises:
Two levels – the ground floor which has an elegant entrance opening into a
graceful dining area with a double bedroom / bathroom and the
kitchen to either side.
A sweeping staircase, which leads to two fabulous bedrooms en-suite, gives a feeling of space & grandeur!
The bathrooms are wonderfully appointed - elegant corner bath, walk in showers and separate toilet.
There are rustic floors throughout the villa. The huge terrace, overlooking the greens, has comfortable sofas, wine fridge, sun beds, loungers, BBQ and there is a full sunbathing patio with fountain beside the pool below. There is a small piano, an area for chess & board games, lush gardens and a heated pool.
There is a delightful kitchen patio for al fresco breakfasts!

Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages.
Use of Air-Conditioning & Heating : As this can can be very expensive if used without care, we allow 80 Euros per week to be included in the rent.
If there is an excess above this, then we will deduct the extra amount from the damage deposit.
Meter readings are taken on arrival & departure
Pool Heating : If swimming pool heating is required, this will be charged at 50 Euros per week
All bed linen, towels & beach towels are provided.
Don’t pack a hairdryer as we provide those too.
The villa is totally equipped and extremely comfortable yet very exclusive!
