‘Montelago’ has 3 double bedrooms and one twin room. Two bedrooms have lake & sea views and two have superb mountain views.
The master bedroom has a luxurious look as is decorated in a French style! There are three full bathrooms and a guest cloakroom. All fixtures and fittings are to the highest standard and the villa oozes quality, peace, quiet & serenity!
It is just the perfect place to relax with all round views of the mountains! It is also secure – 24 hour security at a barrier at the entrance to the urbanisation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious & so very comfortable. The pool and gardens are well maintained and private.
This includes :
Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks.

Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages.
Use of Air-Conditioning & Heating : As this can can be very expensive if used without care, we allow 50 Euros per week to be included in the rent.
If there is an excess above this, then we will deduct the extra amount from the damage deposit.
Meter readings are taken on arrival & departure

There are great activities just a short walk away as Istan, set in the Sierra de las Nieves, is a centre for hill walkers.
There is trekking in La Concha mountain: Quad bikes, bird watching, trips in Jeeps into the mountains and local countryside (they pick you up & drive you all around the sites), canoeing, rock climbing and many other outdoor activities.
A tennis club is at the bottom of the hill – about 5 minutes drive.
