The apartment complex is situated in the ‘Costabella’ (‘beautiful
coast’) Urbanisation.
This is a 10 minute drive to Marbella town centre.

This duplex apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom is on the upper level, is en-suite & opens onto a large sun terrace with great sea views.
One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The twin bedroom and the ‘bunk’ bedroom share a bathroom.
The lower level has a kitchen, good sized utility room, living-dining room, spacious terrace with BBQ and al-fresco dining for 8 – and super sea views. There is a covered car port and the whole complex is gated for security and privacy.

Costabella is between the famous Los Monteros Hotel (with the luxurious ‘La Cabane Beach Club’ & The Don Carlos Hotel with the fantastically lively & trendy ‘Nikki Beach’.
There are bars & restaurants along the beach, open all year round, with local supermarkets and shops very close to the complex.
Nearby there are several Golf Courses, tennis clubs, water
sport facilities, a boat harbour and beach activities
