Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages. If an excessive amount of electricity is used for AC/heating then a deduction will be made from the damages deposit.
In both houses - BBQ and several pretty areas for relaxing on terraces, patios and around the pool or in the gardens.
Direct access to the beach.
There is a TV and CD player, air-conditioning and many other delightful features, which makes these properties very comfortable holiday homes.
