The basement area includes the garage, games room and
a TV lounge.
The villa has its own private, heated swimming pool & pleasant gardens.

Sliding terrace doors lead onto a spacious terrace with sea views.
The two other double bedrooms on this level, share a spacious bathroom & have excellent sea views & access to the terraces

Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages, excess use of air-conditioning or pool heating if used.
As the use of Air Conditioning and Heating can be very
expensive if used without care, we allow 60 euros per week to be
included in the rent. If there is an excess of this, then we
will deduct from the damage deposit. Meter readings are taken on
arrival and departure.
The views from the house of the Mediterranean, North Africa & Gibraltar are simply stunning.
On the top floor: A marble staircase leads to two gorgeous, new double bedrooms – one huge with four beds - both en-suite, a cosy living room with SAT TV, and absolutely fantastic sea & mountain views from large windows & portholes.
Basement Level: A huge well-lit area that is also used as an indoor games/kids bedroom/ TV area.
Home Cinema : The owner has recently installed a complete "Home Cinema" set up in this area, with fantastic full quadrophonic surround sound, comfortable seating and a wide range of DVDs available for viewing.
The only thing missing is the ice-cream salesperson !
Garage - accessed by an electronic gate and garage doors offering enormous ample parking space.
There is also a laundry room / guest bathroom with shower, table tennis and an exercise bicycle.
