Price per week includes all bed linen, towels, beach towels & electricity – unless used to an unreasonable extent.
Damages and other Deposit matters One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages.
If excess air-conditioning is used then a surcharge will be taken from the damages deposit to cover the extra electricity consumed. We allow a maximum of 30 Euros a week in usage. A meter will be read upon entry
