The spacious kitchen/ breakfast room is fully fitted and very well equipped. There is a utility room just off the kitchen that has a washing machine & drying area. The North facing terrace looks over the lush tropical gardens and across
to the backdrop of hills and mountains. These vast communal areas are beautifully maintained plus the owner provides sun beds around the huge pool areas.
The second spacious covered terrace is south/sea facing and looks directly out to the Mediterranean. This area may also be used for the sofa bed to make accommodation for 6.

There are two private tennis courts, a racquet court, a boules pitch & BBQ areas for owner/occupants only.
The owners prefer to have non-smokers but if there is someone who would like to smoke then they are requested to do so on the terrace only.
Torre Real is just a 10-15 minute walk to Funny Beach where there is a fun racing track, and great water sport facilities.
There are lovely beaches, beach bars and restaurants very close. It is also near to the shops at La Cañada/Al Campo and El Rosario’s small commercial centre - as well as a public tennis club, horse riding & many super golf courses.
