Situated in a cosy beach urbanisation, close to shops, restaurants, beach bars and even a local Spanish disco bar.
Living space with open fireplace, on one level whilst a large roof terrace offers sea views
4 spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds - with space for a small extra bed or cot for younger children.
Two bathrooms (one full and one with shower only) and a guest toilet.
Fully fitted compact kitchen & walk-in storeroom, large living/dining room that can be opened up completely onto a large terrace & pool area
The garden goes all around the villa with ample off street parking – all this is inside electrically controlled gates.
The pool, patio & garden can be fully illuminated at night.
Towels (including beach towels) are supplied.
There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and gas hot water & central heating. The pool can be heated – if necessary (at an extra cost) and there is a table tennis table, an outside shower, BBQ, plenty of garden furniture and satellite TV with BBC & Sky news etc.

If you want to have the swimming pool heated, then an extra payment of 80 Euros a week will be charged.
Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages.
