The villa is built over three levels - the ground floor has a pretty entrance/hallway, a fabulous kitchen, the dining room, two terraces, a spacious living room and the guest ‘cloakroom’.
The upper floor has three bedrooms & two bathrooms, and the lower levelhas two more large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room.
All bed linen, towels & beach towels are provided. Don’t pack a hairdryer as we provide those too. Casa de Carlos should be your ‘home in the sun’ for your holiday dream!

School half-term weeks : € 3,380 euros pw
Easter, Christmas, New Year weeks : € 3,700 euros pw
Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages.
Pool Heating is extra at 80 Euros per week
