The entrance to the villa is impressive and leads into a hall from which the kitchen, utility room and staff quarters (also suitable for guests) are located.
On the other side of the hall is a TV room and further along the living-dining room opens onto a large terrace and out to the lawns & garden.
The terraces upstairs offer sea views and the lower ones are shaded and relaxing – with views down the beautiful lawns and garden.
Los Tilos is an oasis in town! It is a 4 to 5 minute drive to the centre of Marbella & 3 minutes to La Cañada shopping centre.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms – with sea views.
The three bathrooms and guest ‘cloakroom’ are all elegant and well appointed.
All bedding & towels are provided.
Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages or pool heating if used.
