Entrance: From a private road with guard security for each cluster of houses (called a manzana in Spanish) – through controlled gates and down steps from a pergola style parking area:

Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damages. If an excessive amount of electricity is used for AC/heating then a deduction will be made from the damages deposit.
