The apartment has one large bedroom and one bathroom but can sleep up to four people, if necessary. There is a sofa bed which opens in a quiet corner of the spacious living area. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. It is elegant, yet guests can sink into soft sofas & watch TV/DVD, read or simply relax
The kitchen is compact but has fridge/freezer, microwave, single oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and a dishwasher. It is fully equipped and has granite work tops and an open bar area joining the dining space.
The spacious and private terrace has sun beds, a BBQ & dining al-fresco for 4. The suite is fully air conditioned (with cooling & heating) and is 91m2
You can use the free bus service from the Incosol Hotel to the centre of Marbella (Cafeteria Marbella) - 10 times a day, every hour or so, including scheduled pickups and return to the hotel (depending on availability - organised by Incosol Hotel).

These prices are for two people
If four people use the suite then there is a surcharge of 500 Euros per week.
One extra person is 350 Euros per week extra.
Damages Deposit One third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the apartment, after taking into account any breakages or damages or over-use of A.C./Heating
