New Properties and Snag Lists

If you have just purchased your Marbella property, it is probable that there are a number of incomplete items that still need resolving (typically called snag lists)

Perhaps delays in completion of the construction or internal fittings mean that your property is not quite ready for you to move into. This means you are spending more time commuting back to your home country than you budgeted for, or perhaps are renting a temporary family home - which was also not in the original budget !

We can work with you to manage your building contractors and hurry them along, to arrange and meet deliveries of materials or equipment, or to organise and manage visits by local experts - such as electricians, painters and decorators, kitchen or bathroom specialists, landscape gardeners or project completion cleaners.
